Other members of the group included Gilu and Gala, alongside several other Gnoll fighters.
Conflict with the Goblins
Sasha became involved in the confrontation between Gailo's Gnolls and the Goblin forces.
The Gnolls were individually dangerous fighters, but the battle took place under conditions that favored the Goblins' numerical advantage.
Fighting within the confined environment of the cave further limited the Gnolls' ability to fully exploit their mobility.
Gilu's Betrayal
During the conflict, Gilu betrayed his own companions.
His actions became one of the decisive events surrounding the collapse of the Gnolls' resistance and permanently changed Sasha's view of him.
The betrayal was especially significant for Sasha because Gilu had previously shown an intense fixation on her.
Final Confrontation with Gilu
Sasha eventually confronted Gilu after his betrayal.
Despite being physically exhausted by the events surrounding the battle, she seized an opportunity to strike him with her weapon.
Her attack brought Gilu's betrayal to an end and allowed Sasha to personally settle the conflict between them.
César witnessed the conclusion of their confrontation.
Aftermath
The battle resulted in severe losses for both sides.
Sixteen Gnolls were killed during the conflict, while forty-five Goblins from the attacking force also died.
Sasha survived the battle, but the defeat and the events surrounding Gilu's betrayal marked the end of her previous life among the Gnolls as she had known it.
